The Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) is a flagship scheme launched by the Government of India to bring about the Blue Revolution through sustainable and responsible development of the fisheries sector in India. It aims to enhance fish production, improve aquaculture productivity, modernize infrastructure, and ensure the welfare of fishers and fish farmers.
