Misinformation and disinformation, characterized by the spread of false or inaccurate information, have become pervasive challenges in the digital age, amplified by the rapid dissemination capabilities of social media and online platforms. This phenomenon undermines public trust, distorts public discourse, and poses significant societal risks.
